Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Free for all orders 

  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Carriers:

  • We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. You’ll receive tracking details once your package is on its way.

Shipping Locations:

  • We currently ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses:

  • Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right.
